On what basis do you claim UFC fighters are "the best."?
The only real way to claim that UFC fighters are better than fighters in other orgs is to have them fight inter-org.
Last time UFC did that they sent Chuck who got beat the fuck up and lost.
Couture wanted to fight fedor several times, UFC would not LET him.
Why not?
UFC has great fighters. So do other organizations. Claiming UFC has the "best" fighters is hard to justify.
Anderson Silva lost fights in Pride. He hasn't in UFC.
