This clip is a bit different from uofm98's clip. The Detroit Red Wings are up 3 games to 1, hosting the Carolina Hurricane in game 5 of the 2002 Stanley Cup Finals on June 13, 2002. Tomas Holmstrom and Brendan Shanahan already put Detroit up 2-0, then Carolina's Jeff O'Neill countered with a goal--all 3 goals in the 2nd period. In the final minute of the game, Steve Yzerman gets the puck in his own zone, passes it up to Brendan Shanahan, and scores his 8th goal of the playoffs into the Carolina empty net for the final 3-1 lead. It will include the Wings celebrating with a midair embrace/tackle between Yzerman and Shanahan, and Dominik Hasek almost crossing the center red line. Sorry for the HyperCam label, I was testing the program out at the time. Fair quality from the internet, for entertainment purposes only. I am not/will not earn anything from this. ESPN's Gary Thorne on play-by-play, Bill Clement with color commentary.
This is game five.

@Crymson1 Thank you. I typed Game 5 in the video description but not in the title. Corrected now.
