I played a couple of the games you mentioned, I def had fun with Legends of Mana as well. I used to play Xenogears alot too. It was great, both the story and music.

Actually! I did play those ^_^ Legend of Mana wasn't too bad either. It was an interesting game with beautiful music. I played Breath of Fire 1 and 2, Lufia, Lufia 2 blah blah, the list is endless. But for some reason the ones I listed just really stuck with me.

Pretty true. Heck,many people complain that the story was convoluted too but IMO the story seemed to be more planned out that Chrono Triggger ever was. For good reason too, CT had several writers, and Kato freely admits they all kind of did their own thing. People just tend to kind of forget the flaws of the original with their nostalgia goggles.

The best RPG's I think that could ever exist are (in no particular order): FF7 and 9, Chrono Trigger/Cross, Breath of Fire 3, Brave Fencer Musashi, Lunar: The Silver Star Story Complete and Star Ocean 2. Those games are soooo phenomenal that I can't put into words how I feel when I finish them. Its like a lifetime experience.
