When my distorted perception of myself "kicks in" there is a part of me that recognizes "crazy" and can hold the experience lightly. In the past it was very hard to have an observer for this aspect of me. My work has been about pealing away my judgments and applying compassion to "crazy" -- allowing the difficult feelings to bubble up, without making them wrong. Weight Release is all about dimensionalizing our perspective and developing a consciousness that can hold many selves at the same time. The eyes of the conscious compassionate observer allow us to see clearly.

  • Thank you, you absolutely beautiful man, and beautiful soul. I understand thoroughly, since I have had a similar experience with body weight and image issues. Thanks for sharing :)

  • @Ravenelvenlady - my pleasure

  • Wow mate you're very honest.

We behave as confused as the non stop consumer monster we are attached too.

There is no real balance in our consumerist society.

Thus our minds rage for something that isn't for sale.

    That is simply being.

  • @ThePositiveAussie - you might appreciate an article I wrote called: "Fat and Starving: The Truth Behind the American Obesity Crisis" - here is the first paragraph:

"American’s are the most overweight population in the world today – but I believe Americans are starving – we are starving for fulfillment, and we just keep consuming but it never satisfies our hunger."
