No matter how tall you are you can be an effective hitter. To score more kills use your peripheral vision to find the open spots on the court. Volleyball1on1 instructor Priscilla Lima has a great drill and explanation on court vision and how to take a look at the defense as you are going up. Combine Ed's and Priscilla's tips and you'll be a better hitter!

Everyone is good enough to use these tips. Practice by hitting into the net or against a wall using Ed's technique. After a few reps you'll see the difference and can apply what you've learned in a game. Good luck!!
