  • Whao... Amazing stuff! The jump up is some instantaneous and impossible to fake. But why is there a need to ask the targeted person to relax before Sifu Kam Tung does his 'thing'?? Can the targeted person make his body stiff and still get 'popped up' when the sifu does his thing?

  • In fact, it is no matter the targeted peron in relaxation or stiff form. The point is the targeted person first make his strength to Sifu then he was bounced back, of couse with additional strength from sifu.

    It is something like Newton's 3rd law, but the reaction energy is far more than the action energy.
