Dear all, Please advise me, I'm gonna buy Intex Mariner400 model 68376/E For fishing on lakes and seaside. Is it a good choice? Do I need a motor for that or paddles work good enough?

It is a good choice. The oars work well enough for short distances. An electric trolling motor (30-lb thrust is enough) is also nice to have.

Jim are these boats good? Im debating between a Mariner 400 or a Svylor super caravelle? Which one do you recommend and why?

I prefer the Mariner 400. The solid floor makes it feel a lot roomier. The Caravelle's are pretty soft. Their one advantage is bigger air chambers, so they're rated for more weight and bigger motors.
