Another 80s commercial from the Sedelmaier, who brought us "Where's the Beef?" I don't think you can put Hitler jokes in ads these days.

In order to be funny to many people at once, you have to poke at some kind of irony we're all familiar with but that we haven't heard much of for whatever reason. Poking fun at anything or anyone these days gets everyone worried about defamation or worse.... the dreaded words, "That's just in poor taste."

The folks behind Sedelmaier commercials knew how to get people's attention with humor and get away with bloody murder while doing it.
