This slide show shows how easy it is to grow watercress from what you buy in a store. It took a about 2 weeks to sprout the pieces I bought in the super market to eat. I put them in a 5 gallon bucket with an air stone which bubbled up and kept the water moving.
Now the stuff is growing all over the place. It is loaded with nutrition and should be a great souce of greens all winter.
