Such a savory high level composition, I easily listened twice. Best 10 minutes of my morning, thank you Dave :D

Probably my favorite moment this morning was the fade out of your guitar on this song. Such a wonderful floating piece which can nourish any unstable soul.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, I've missed your music, Dave. Hope all's well in your world~!

Great major/minor movements and I love the little walk-up at the end of the chorus. The backing guitar (it is guitar, right?) adds the perfect touch, dreamy and somehow unreal.
Great lead keys, man is that good. I need to learn more about alternate instruments so I can create stuff like that. A lead guitar would have been too up front, even if you pushed it back with reverb it still wouldn't have been as subtle.

Just passing through. This should have a few thousand hits. This is a really great piece of work. As are most of your songs for that matter.
Amelia Strange is a Fantastic song and the word Fantastic has been chosen carefully. the way you sing this song and the way you play is with no doubt projecting the listner in a kind of fantasy and magic world. All the questions flowing from line to line reinforce a kind of big "?" stamp in our imagination :) You are doing great and always happy to listen to your originals. (I made the same comment on Myspace) :)

Hello Dave ~ You are a master craftsman ^^ Pace is beautiful. Singing eases my soul. Guitar work is so sweet and well tempered. The way your melodic acoustic guitar leads build and release adds even more. Lyrics were enchanting to listen to. All around winner. *thumbs up* and added to faves :) Mary p.s. I can't believe it's a year since I listened to your 1st song about chocolate. You've released nothing but great songs, thank you.

This is super, Dave, top class on every level - composition, arrangement, performance, video - it's got everything. I particularly like the way you maintain the intrigue right the way through the song, making the listener wonder whether the mystery will be resolved. Do I detect an e-bow in your accompaniment? Whatever the high-pitched instrument is, it's really effective in reinforcing the song's atmosphere.
Absolutely excellent!
Best wishes,
Paddy

@oldfolkiepad Thanks Paddy its called "dark choir" on my little synth that makes the high pitch sound. Yes when I started writing this one I didnt know how to end it, I did have an idea that Amelia Strange was a secret admirer and the sign was there to lure him to her but I went for the unresolved mystery instead I thought it was better if folks used their own imagination!
Have a good weekend Paddy
