Hello friends, after 90 days of P90X, after doing P90X Chest And Back, P90X Plyometrics, P90X Shoulders And Arms, P90X Yoga X, P90X Legs And Back, P90X Kenpo X (by the way my favorite), P90X X Stretch,
P90X Core Synergistics, P90X Chest, Shoulders And Triceps, P90X Back And Biceps and P90X Cardio X, I have
the results here. I decided to do P90X because I watched the Ad on CNBC, and I say to my self, this program
looks for real!!! This program worked for me in, develope strength, energy, the ability to run faster, make more
push ups (I can do 100 push-up!!!), my heart rate before doing P90X was 70 beats per minute, and after doing
p90X, my current heart rate is 55 beats per minute!! I loss a lot of weight I weigthed 180 pounds I when I finished
P90X, my current weight is 170 pounds, before doing P90X I considered myself as in "shape", and I think you agree
with me, but after ending the 90 days, I think I'm really in shape!!! If you are going to try P90X I recommend you
discipline (like in the military), courage, claw and patience... Like Tony says "Rome wasn't built in a day, neither
was your body"... My favorite exercise was "Kenpo X", lol I can now thow kicks like crazy.... my second favorite was
X Stretch it was like, oh I'm going to take care of my self today.... LOL. Well as Tony says: keep pushing play and never ever give up, and you have to BRING IT!!!!!

  • thats half decent, i made way bigger gain within first 2 months, but i had a personal trainer, now its been half a year since i began working out, gained 30 pounds of muscle n mass,

  • Great job man. I stared about a month ago and am feeling great already. It’s not easy and that’s coming from someone who boxes, bikes and is in MMA.

    When I stared I was 215. One month later im 220 but im allot leaner and my clothes are so loose on me now.

    Keep on pushing and never give up!!

  • u have not changed much have u my friend ive done it for about 3 weeks and i see 4 abs real abs and i was 218pounds now im 205 pounds

  • sure no diet no protein used, i can see my belly going every day, i use promax diet + maxi-efa after 5 days is going away i can see it, i can feel it, it awesome#!!

  • good dude but i think i see your problem for why your are not ripped. because i have more muscle and am more toned then you in my first round of P90X. i think its because you werent using curls for your biceps and i take it you didnt do the cardio days because you are about the same body fat from day 1 so never skip cardio days. but the more you do it bro the more you will get there.
