I am 70 years old and I have seen many unhappy older couples, but I know couples in thier 80's who have withstood the test of time and have a love for one another that when that person passes from thier life they just never find any thing remotely close to loving again. That love in the movie Notebook is just about the most beautiful love story I have ever seen.

i was 13 when i met the love of my life my parents insisted i did not love him and made me move i m still with him til this day there has been some tuff times with the long distance but he was my first everything and that fact will never change we have learned from each other , we have learned what it is to love another more then ourselves, what most people never do learn in there whole life. im now 17 and will be marrying him in just a year

@howrsegirl1423 i gotchu girl! same here. i met him in photo class last year he came to ask my dad for permission to date me but they said to wait a year til i turn 18. we went behind their backs got caught and now im not even allowed to talk to him. they say its infatuation but i actually love him more than anything sure hes not hot but for me he's absolutely everything to me! i hope you get through it all! :)

never take love for granted. i was horrible when me and my wife got together. we got married and i didnt change much. she went off to boot camp and it hit me hard and made me realize i cant live without her. now a few years later we were on a off and i treat her life shes the only thing that matters and its too late shes leaving me. i tried for the past year and a half did anything she asked. we would have been together 4 years at the end of january. i love you so much honey....im sorry.
