haha i know you posted this awhile ago but i'll respond anyway.
thats carly and she was pregnant and the guy who kidnapped her was her husband's half-brother who wanted revenge on her husband basically [he's not a nice guy, he had previously drugged her and made her believe that they had sex]. and here, he kidnapped her and locked in that room and wanted to steal her baby
