Paracas Bay is located 261 km from Lima, in the department of Ica and the province of Pisco in Peru. Paracas name means rain of sand. Paracas is a sea breeze that usually in the evenings, in the months of August, September and October and maddeningly and constantly blows from west to east, at an approximate speed of 40 km per hour for periods of 2-6 days in a row, raising clouds of dust and sand and only in the evening calm.
