- Corn meal (Kaldi's Coffee Farm, Shimokitazawa South Exit store has baking stuff on the second floor)

- Muffin baking trays (fifth floor of Seiyu in Sangenjaya)

- Measuring cups that I brought from the States

... okay, maybe not so simple...
