If you don't like McD and you are impeded by a small dick that's fine, we can all feel sorry for you man but get real - Mike was playing paid gigs at 13, with Burt Baccharat at 19, touring in Steely Dan at 21, chart top 10 with the Doobie Brothers (Superband) at 23 and Made Up by 25!
