The haters need to leave Yoko Ono alone. She didn't do anything to break up The Beatles. In fact she was an inspiration for some of John's finest songs. So instead of hating her, just appreciate her!

i agree! john lennon's murder was the worst thing that could ever happen, with such a major impact on the world, more than them breaking up! yoko ono loved him and had nothing to do with the breakup, even if it did, which no one can prove, the music they did create exists forever.

Quite right. Apparently, these pants are coming up for auction soon, and there is a very substantial reserve. No doubt there will be an abundance of unthinking followers bidding.

There are not only piss stains.

I agree. This stuff was only one of many signs of discontent within and surrounding the band.

that's a good point, but didn't she amplify the growing divide between them, and act as a catalyst for the band's split?

Perhaps but nobody will ever know, will they. Perhaps John knew exactly what he was doing, to say he didn't is pretty insulting to him. There is also the theory that the power of drugs and decadence drove them apart all by itself. I think john choosing a particular woman over the band was a symptom of something more deep rooted.
