Echo Anxiety Relaxation

Would you believe my flight got delayed a day? At least it gave me time to re-edit and upload this video for you all!

I had planned to release this yesterday, but it was too long then, and I didn't have time to edit it down. Regardless, this is a video called a "generalized anxiety relaxation" video, taken from a script I found on google. I lost the link, but if you look up "relaxation scripts," it should be one of the first links.

This one is designed for people who suffer from anxiety disorders, although I find it works for sleep too. I hope you all enjoy it; whisper to you all again in August!

I have the up to date headphones, and a great laptop all other whisper videos work,

it was just this one unfortunately :( Your others are okay.

@fluffybex1 That's too bad; I'm sorry that it didn't work for you. Were you using headphones? Generally these things work better with headphones. Also, generally laptop speakers don't work as well as the ones for desktops, although I have no idea what machine you're using. Other than that, I wish I could help, but I'm not sure what else to tell you. I can hear it fine, and it seems as though others can as well. I wish you the best!

I could hardly hear it, had every thing turned up to the max.. But i had to strain myself to listen.. Not relaxing at all? Ah well..
