Although I don't know much about the history of witch-hunt that took place in Europe during the middle ages. I think a lot of innocent women were burned at the stake because they were taught to be "witches".

The sad part is that this tragedy is taken as a source of entertainment in this movie. It just goes to reflect how our Historical conscience as a modern human race is declining at a rapid rate.

This movie is so incredibly terrible that it's amazing. From a traditional "critical" standpoint this movie isn't worth a shit, but it doesn't set out to be. It's a popcorn flick with the sole purpose of entertaining and relaxing viewers, and the gratuitous gore, shitty script, and campy one-liners all contribute to the fun-ness of the movie. No one should expect this movie to be anything otherwise. That being said, this is amazing for what it is. And it has Jeremy and Gemma who are hot as fuck.
