You may not be but Google (presumably) is, which is why they are pressured into taking down people's videos, due to copyright law.

It's worth mentioning that copyright laws are greatly outdated and unfit for our current world.

@Curttehmurt Although the Godamned Batman, may have done so himself, the guy was way younger than me and my best friend's cousin. So that wouldn't have flown.
