Where I live there are not many jobs and they know this. We are only paid $5.15 an hour + tips and when the cheap redneck bastards don't tip us it actually cost us money to deliver your food with gas at $3.70 a gallon. Have some compassion assholes, I am in school and a single parent. If there were other jobs I could get I would take them.

@mrhots and furthermore, for all of these delivery places that charge delivery fee's... in pretty much every case, that $2.50 or $3.00 dollar delivery fee doesn't go to that driver. at most they might get $0.75 of that towards gas... and when gas is approaching $4.00 a gallon, and we are paying for our own gas to bring YOU YOUR FOOD that you are too lazy to go get yourself, how about you show some respect and some appreciation. we don't exist to kiss your hairy ass.

@mrhots hey numb-nuts, delivery drivers, as well as most waiters and bartenders, are paid a salary below minimum wage. I get $6 an hour and that is high for a driver. most waitresses at restaurants make 2-3 bucks an hour salary. We RELY off of our tips for a living. The restaurant I work for does not charge a delivery fee and we don't get paid anything extra per delivery, plus we carry out tasks in the store like doing dishes. We rely on tips to pay gas, car insurance, etc to bring YOU food

Never been a delivery guy, but my mates who have say it's a breeze. Yea, sure, minimum wage - but you get tips for doing nothing out of the ordinary. It's not like I bitched about not getting tips when I worked for minimum wage at a car showroom cleaning floors and toilets.

Dominos doesn't care for its employees? Well no shit. It's called a franchise. They're there to make money, not babysit you. Don't want the job? Quit

if you haven't worked for a franchise, then you don't know shit. our manager is a prick. his breathe smells like he ate a dead skunk. he's a bully to all of the crew, yet can't stand up to his own wife. he's a moody bastard with the people skills of a rock. the managers always tell you your cash is short at the checkout end of your shift. WICH HAPPENS TOO OFTEN. stores been robbed at gun point 23 times...they never ask weather everyones ok, just how much did they get. trust me, its true...

You Think Domino's doesnt Care About anything or their Drivers?...What about the issue that happend up north with The Two employee's that video taped Messing with Somebodys food..They Fired them and they were thrown into jail because one was a convicted Child molester...But Some of our Drivers Tend too be Real Assholes Even when they get a $70 Tip on a $400 Order...That took Us About 9 mins too make...So this Commercial makes me laugh everytime...And Dgreen002 Thats Mad Funny.
