Das Skigebiet Tauplitz - Tauplitzalm liegt im steirischen Salzkammergut Ausseerland. Skigebiet Info: Das Skigebiet in Tauplitz bietet für den Skiurlaub 40km sonnige, schneesichere Skipisten ( 17 leicht, 17 mittel, 6 schwer ), die mit 19 Liften ( eine 8er Gondelbahn, 4 Sessellifte, 9 Schlepplifte, 4 Seillifte ) ausgestattet sind. Erreichbar ist das Skigebiet Tauplitzalm entweder vom Ennstal ( Kreuzung Trautenfels auf der B320, Richtung Bad Aussee ), oder von Oberösterreich über den Pötschenpaß.
The ski area Tauplitz - Tauplitzalm is located in the Styrian region Salzkammergut Ausseerland. Resort information: The ski area in Tauplitz offers sunny ski slopes with 40 km for ski holidays (17 easy, 17 medium, 6 severe), equipped with 18 lifts ( one 8er 4 chair lifts 14 surface lifts). You can reach the ski resort Tauplitzalm from the Ennsvalley (Trautenfels crossing on the B320 towards Bad Aussee), or from Upper Austria over the Pötschenpass. Since 2010 is the Tauplitzalm from Bad Mitterndorf also reachable on the new 8-passenger Mitterstein gondola. At the base station on the Tauplitzalm mountain road was built a parking lot for 350 cars.
The lift base station is located on 900m in Tauplitz. The top on Tauplitzalm is about 1600m to 1965m. On the Tauplitzalm there are an idyllic mountain village, some restaurants and many quaint cottages. The best conditions for an unforgettable holiday in Styria. In the winter season there are about 1.000 beds available on the sunny plateau. The Tauplitzalm is in winter car-free. The only means of transportation are Skidoos and groomers. Skiers are supplied on the Tauplitzalm of 25 huts and mountain restaurants well. On sunny days, the ski lodge Kriemandl at the "Lawinenstein" Station is recommended. But because of the wonderful views of the sheltered sun terrace of the Enns Valley and Lake District - Ausseerland.
