Both ScreenPacks are made by my friend Dbzsupakid. All of his games got deleted accidentally so I decided to re-upload them on my account and share them with everyone. You have to admit that he is an excellent ScreenPack maker and I want everyone to see his work :)
What I've done in these games? Not so much. I added the bg music to all the stages, re-sized some characters and added english voices for few DBZ chars

the downloads on Fileserve shows they are on the site but when trying to download the Mugen games of Dragon Ball VS Street Fighter 1 and 2 Games it shows the files do not exist on Fileserve on both Links for Fileserve and Filesonic has deleted them can they both be reuploaded if its ok ? thanks
