Here is "Buddy". He was found on Hollywood Beach, FL, where he currently is. He is an amazing dog as you can see, and needs a new home. He needs to be neutered as well (it will be done soon). He appears to be a standard sized rat terrier, and weighs 16 lbs. I cannot keep him as I already have a few animals and cant keep anymore. You can see how lovable he is, and I do adore him so much, I really want to see him go to a good forever home. He gets along great with my dogs and cat, and Ive taken him to dog beach as well, and he played beautifully with large and small dogs alike. Very non-aggressive. Id like for him to go to the kind of home that will take him to dog parks and maybe the dog beach as well, as its so much fun for him and any owner! Heres the adoption criteria:
-His home MUST have another dog already (all dogs are happy to have a friend)
-His home MUST be willing to take him to a vet and get the necessary standard check up. He appears in wonderful health, but its a standard thing that should happen.
-$50 adoption fee (this will include his neutering cost and his brush & some toys)
Please let me know if you are the perfect loving home for him!

I've contacted two southern shelters and I have two Ratties lined up, now I have to decide which one I want to get, this is going to be hard, both are great dogs and both shelter workers are great people. This ain't going to be easy. Dammit.
The biggest thing I want to say is that there is nothing second rate about a shelter dog, they're great dogs there, if you want one, please go to the shelters!

He found a loving home already, but thanks for watching! A lot of adoptable dogs are overwhelming shelters these days and being put down....please try and foster, we all need to help during this crisis! Imagine sweet "Buddy" (the rat terrier in the video) being put to sleep....it's happening everyday! Please help :)
