    I have met Paul in Denmark, i have taken the correspondance courses, and i have seen alot of his material, i used to like the info and how frank he was in many ways, but he is so arrogant, period. He accuses others of bein arrogant but my word he is arrogant. I took Poliquins "PICP" and "Biosignature" and oh my word he is arroant too. They badmouth each other, but used to be friends, but too many egos in this buisness.

    This is great stuff Paul. I love the end where you discuss how less is more and you can always do more next time. Great advice. It is also good to know you are not a cheap date haha.

    My step brother used to be bullied. He stated he was going to get bigger. I did not believe him. Right up until he gained 40 pounds of absolute lean muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible - look for it in Google. Not a soul dares to bully him now. :) I actually registered last week. See what happens. And the mans emails are great...

    Well, i believe "pure" cardio has no benefit for the human body, but interval training and sports like soccer and basketball does have benefits, but not the typical 10KM or marathon in the same tempo no. Well, they build up their own "thing", "this is IT", refuse anything that speaks agianst their look on life and the human body and do so with big egos its pretty simple.
