I was threatened by paternal family that I will never see my son again if I went to the authorities about his black eye. I have sent this video to Judge Buckley at Chemung County Family Court, my son's Chlid Law Guardian Atty. David Rynders, and New York State Child Protective Services director, Shirlee Kwasney and all of whom have disregarded this video and the hard evidence of my 12-year old son who was RE-Circumcised by a Dr. Homuth of Elmira, N.Y. All involved have ignored this credible evidence and refuse to acknowledge the horror that my son continues to live with while I have been alienated from his life as my son was granted custody to my statutory rapist who then signed over power of Atty to his sister Colette Dalia, against my wishes.

i see a big black eye at the end of the video, visible from 6:40 to 6:51. also, not exactly the happy kid you see prior to this. he looks pretty upset in the black eye part. it looks like he's using all the body language he has to show that he's hurt.
