Mia is wonderful. The problem with UNICEF is that its founder, Julian Huxley was an ardent Malthusian-egenics ideologue who believed that the poor were "useless eaters" who should be allowed to perish when disaster comes so that the rich can occupy their natural resources. In Rwanda the West knew very well what was about to happen but did nothing. As Steven Lewis said, Rwanda had nothing to sell, nothing to buy" so too bad for the hundreds of thousands who were slaughtered.
