i was under the impression that the T.P.S charge you for this service. i have a fun way of dealing with them but unfortunately i still get them. i ether pass them from department to department ( me using a different accent) or i simply talk quietly so they turn there head set up and then i whistle very very loudly down the phone. this is extremely painful to cold callers ears, i dislike pests...
