This is my take on the "December Daily" album project that Ali Edwards hosts on her blog each year. I love the idea of documenting the whole month of holiday events right alongside the everyday stuff of life.

I used fabric to cover chipboard for the covers & the inside lining and made some of my own transparencies to use alongside some of the store-bought variety. I'm happy with how this turned out...hope everyone joins the fun next year! Ali has amazing ideas, and you can find her at www.aliedwards.com.

Hoping to be selling some Dec Daily kits on my artfire site next year, so check back for more info!

  • FANTABULOUS!!! LOVE IT! TFS...Sharon

  • Love it and it is so neat and really cool. It is possible to follow the whole month and get an insight into all the fun and preperations you and the family made during the Christmas season.

  • Perfect!

  • Beautiful!

  • wow!!!!!!!

    so beautiful!!

  • This is the second time I ran into this video, you did such a great job. I didn't realize you made your own pages using kraft cardstock until I read the comments. Do you end up selling a December Daily kit on your website this year? Also, I was wondering, if you get a moment, can I ask what size your pages/photos were? Thanks so much!

  • This is slick!

  • I can just feel the Love and Joy quietly bursting from this album. Well put together from cover to cover. Thank you for sharing. . . . I now have the idea of how to reduce the bulk of cards and wrapping papers I have been saving over the yearssss :)

  • Oh.my.heavenly.love. This is by far the best December Daily I've seen outside of Ali's herself. At the very least top five fave ever. I just love it! You've inspired me to want to do a 5x7 album this year and do at least one large photo a day. I really am in love with the enlargements in an album like this.

  • This is such a great book. I love everything about it. I love the music too. Keep up the great work...
