  • this should have been the FIRST SINGLE of NLOTH (or any other album for that matter)! JUST BRILLIANT lyrics and music! Dont understand how this song could end up not released as a major hit (instead of 'Get on your boots', which is nowhere near this jewel!)

  • Those lyrics!

    Enchanting!

  • one of the best u2 songs...finally a long epic-length tune! Wish they would do a 15-20 min epic piece (think The Revealing Science of God by yes)

  • I specially like U2´s songs which don´t necessarily sound like U2.. That´s why I love Zooropa. The guitars in this song just make Edge sound so damn fresh and propositive!! He should go for this kind of sounds in the future just like he did in Zooropa and Achtung Baby

  • Great song musically speaking. Soulful spirit. Lyrics are not mature enough but there are some real good phrases to remember. It would be a great comeback for U2 if they work it until it´s perfect

  • Best U2 song I've ever heard, city of blinding lights used to be my fav until this, wish they would've played This in Pittsburgh when I saw them on the 360 tour.

  • The "silence" picture is so creepy. :P

  • @Snyarf yep even better than magnificent, although that was prpably best on the album.

  • @Snyarf Yes, to be honest I'm a life long U2 fan but NLOTH wasn't my favourite. Hopefully the next one will be better. Though Magnificent was one of the better songs but not great.
