My kid got cuffed for skipping school 3 days before the year was out. He had permission to miss school from me and he was cuffed and took a ride with the police for sluffing when he was "caught".
I didn't even care that the police did that. They were doing their job. He didn't do anything wrong and he didn't get in trouble.
I was initially upset for my kid being arrested but thought it through and realized the police did the right thing.

the law was placed for a reason, i think they've gotten complaints bout violence involving students. if adults hav to go to work, students hav to go to skool. its onli fair.

somes city its a crime to skip school, just like nightime curfews, there are weekday daytime curfews too.

Dear Mr. Policeman,
I am am capable of protecting myself from 13 year old boys playing on a skateboard.
The people I can't protect myself against are the murderers. rapists, carjackers and drug dealers.
In the future, I'll take my chances with the kids playing with their toys.. Would you please protect from the real criminals?
