We arrived at 8:00am and were soon surrounded. Getting to the front of the parade was impossible, so we just started marching when our commander gave us the word. We were a well organized group following our company commanders orders. It was difficult to hold the ranks as enthusiastic marchers wanted to be next to us. The Drum and Fife Corp are professionals, and did a fine job. Thanks to all for a memorable experience.

The first was "The Battle Cry of Freedom", also known as "Rally 'Round the Flag", and the second was "Whup Jamboree".

"We gotcha covered America!" I love that... What were the songs? The first one sounded familiar, Downfall of Paris maybe?
