@crimsonmonieful Oh, you know, I have no idea. I really don't. I have only done them a handful of times and now knowing that there is a variant in how potent they can be you just have to research it for yourself before you do it. If they are large caps I think two caps and two stems would be fine. But like I said, there is no set science for it because it is nature. Everything varies.

@edwardthecreator do you know what? I was heart broken after my dog died and this guy I had a really great bond with ended our friendship in the cruelest way imaginable. It was 2008 and I went to a pals pool house with friends. I did just a small dose and focused the trip on forgiveness and peace that night in the quiet but the pool. It was emotional and awesome and I felt like puking. Conclusion: My system does not like shrooms any more but my spirit had a great experience.
