U guys have nailed it. It's the easiest and step by step progression tutorial I have seen. I just started to learn slalom and this has been a pretty good guide to me as I don't have any 1 to teach this stuff. Nice work guys!

I'm a beginner, I didn't quite get it when I tried.
Do I have to lift the front wheels up a little bit + the turning foot go first + upper body swing + a little bent knees?

does it matter what kinda of skates you need to practice in cuz im kinda low in cash but if u can use regular skates can some one giv me a tip?

Well only some harder tricks require proffesional skates, I would even say none - but to do harder ones with random skates you really need to be proffesionalist. For those first steps any skates are good however some harder tricks require special modes i.e. banana (google it)
And its more comfortable for you thu when you have some good model for slalom skating.
But again - slalom doesnt require any special skates just like for aggressive skating or long-distance rides.

would aggressive skates would be fine you think cuz the old pair of skates i have are already breaking so yea im srry for asking

umm ive been trying this out for 2-3days and i having problems placing my foot behide the other should i take out the brake thingy?

You sure u r talking about Fish? ^^ Its not trick that is hard to do and no foot goes behind the other. And yeah you should take off brakes while doing slalom
