you are a TROLL who's trying to piss us dimers off. i've had GM products, ford and mopar products, and many imports. i am a male auto dealer parts counterman in my 50's, driven about a million miles, built several dozen engines, crewed for a couple of SCCA racers and 1 IMSA racer. in my garage now are 2 '92 daihatsu charades and my 72 510. had the daihatsus since new, and the 510 sedan since 1982. the cars have about 700k miles combined. i bought the daihatsus at my work, they are incredible.

If you take the money you saved not buying the v8 and put it to performance parts it could be faster. power isn't everything tho you need to be able to turn and these do that very nicely... is a v8 faster in a straight line? probably, but straight lines are boring,
