Ok so I found the real meaning to this song from one of her live versions. It's a story of her friend that died from cancer. He was so sick that he could only eat bread. She helped him cut his hair. The metaphor using "Samson" meant his courage is so strong from fighting the cancer that its truly epic like the strory.

This is actually regina's video, but it was taken off for a long time, with a differant version of the song as the music. this version is still good though, and thank you nounderwearday for getting the video back on! It's regina's best!!
