Just think of it this way... Suffering really means "craving"... that looking for something to stop the continuous "wanting" that will satisfy you. You will always want more. No matter if you had all of the best clothes in your closet... You will go out and look for "more" and it just keeps going and going. You already have the answer. It's just that you can't see "it" because "it's" secret is hidden in plain view.
Your idea about the suffering has into it, it is thoughts on low frequency or almost emptiness and no thoughts on mind what makes me feel fine and perhaps even happy, yet I disagree that you can teach this someone. Everybody has to find for himself. And everybody who is catching attention with preaching, and feeling like he has to say, actually only can hope that the listeners will be stimulated to see into himself.
