In this video, Simon explains the revolutionary new healing concept of "coherence." Put simply, coherence means thinking and speaking with one mind. Most people think with their head, heart, body, sexuality and other centres al at the same time. It's no wonder people get confused, ill and in destructive patterns of sabotage. Learn to heal yourself a new way, through creating coherence.

  • @sherrygao01 we do have quite a few teachers in California by the way.

    Blessings,

  • @sherrygao01 , the origins are covered in the older pages of the blog. There are several different theories which merged to create this work. About daily practice, I guess I'd say something radical: the idea of "coherence" is that you don't need to do daily practice! My inspiration here is "Autobiography of a Yogi" (have you read it? Great book), the idea being once you "get it" you no longer need to practice every day. Just a thought for you to meditate on anyway!

  • Thanks, I joined the mailing list. hehe... What's the origin of Referent Point Therapy? The theory is interesting, I like it; it's not so easy to practice it in daily life though. I live in Southern California. Hope to be "coherence" one day.

  • Can you believe You Tube won't let me add a website link in comments to my own videos? Sigh...

Anyway it's there in the video - at the end (last 10 seconds). Or just google "Reference Point Therapy" (or make that 1 word and add .com a the end). The best stuff is on the blog which you can link to from that page go to "RPTblog" (add .com)to the end of that word). best wishes

    Simon
