Incorrect, it CANNOT be regarded as a moped if it's more than 50cc. You are confusing limits with absolute definitions.

No. To be classified as moped restricts how fast you can go. This bike, because it can go 80 km/h, is a "125" despite only being 50cc and you just need an A1 license to ride it. Where the video was made it's a motorrad and you need a full motorrad license to ride it at all.

@IsaacBickerstaffEsq yes correct its a scooter... still its with 50ccm regarded as a moped. doesnt that automatically restrict how fast you can go? i think this EU law....

is this video made in england? can you drive 75km/h with a 50ccm vespa in england? in germany you are not allowed to go faster then 45-50 km/h with that thing.
