Mario Kart Wii: What Am I Thinking? 12-8-08

We all know how crazy online racing is, especially with how items usually determine the winner. When I race, a lot of things go through my mind. With the use of You Tube's annotations, you'll be able to see what I was thinking as I was racing. For security reasons, because you never know what might happen out there, I have hidden my true identity by racing as "Rich Petty", after Richard Petty, the 7-time champion of NASCAR. Perhaps you've seen me before.

This race has a simple story to it. For the first time, I actually had a chance to break into the 9000 VR point range. When this race started, I had 8995 points, which meant that all I needed to reach 9000 were 5 points! With as much points that I had going into this race, I had to win or finish second, depending on my opponents point range. I won't tell you how it all played out because it would ruin the suspense, so you'll have to see for yourself.

I used to think that in this game SNES Mario Circuit 3 was my best track, but lately I'm finding that it's become a bit of a luck track, so I think Bowser's Castle is now my best track (I have the best opportunity to win).

@chynxtaa13 I know it's been a year, but if you're still curious, it depends.

If your acceleration is below I think what the Mach Bike's is, then you're better off doing a standing Mini-boost. If it's higher, then you're better off driving. Mach Bike seems to be right in the area where it doesn't matter, but it's been a year since I played this game, so we're in the same boat.
