you play it very well, but make sure the main melody comes out more than the accompaniment.

Hi there, I loved the performance. Would really like to see your rendition of #13 someday. :-)
As for the kids you mention... I don't know how long you have been playing, but consider the % of life time spent. The 8yo you may be talking about has been playing since 2. 75% of your entire life devoted to nothing but the piano... If you can't make that kind of commitment, be happy for what you have accomplished! :-)
