First off you gotta make sure your graphics card isn't the one messing everyone up. Although the graphics card I used for this is crap, it helped me.

Second, Sims is VERY glitchy, because it has damn large content. So it may be just luck.

For all of you out there asking how I got the hair and the Sim, you can find it on The Sims Resource. It's for free there, just search Google and you'll find something similar.
