I have seen Chris Cornell live many times, with Soungarden ,Audioslave and solo. I can tell you that then phenomenal vocals he displays on the albums do not carry over to live performances. This is true with most (not all) vocalists. Recording an album is a trial and error process with many, many takes to get it just right. In other words, for a live performance, this is excellent.

The reason the second verse is missing is because this was originally done as an audition tape that couldn't be longer than 3 minutes. Had to cut out a verse and still ran over....ah well.
