@JOEABC1231 He gave up His life as a sacrifice using His body as pretty much the container of our so that our wrong doings (sins) would be nailed on the cross, die and buried on the grave just as He was crucified/nailed, died and buried so that our sins are no more. When He resurrected from the grave by God's power, He's given people new life w/ Him.

There are many Christian doctrines being taught in religion today that are completely false and have no standing in scripture itself. In order to answer your question properly, there are a lot of other things we would have to discuss. If you really want to know what I have to say, msg me. Those who accepted Him were saved from the coming judgment and wrath from God when He poured His fire apoun Judea killing over 2 million Jews and the destruction of the temple a second time as prophecised by Daniel, Isaiah, John the baptist, Paul and Christ Himself. The second destruction of the temple is also know to the Jews as the second death. John wrote of this vision just before it happened in the book of the Unvieling also known in Greek as Apokalupsis

Did no one reply to you yet? It's a good question. When Jesus died on the cross, He took up all of our sins so all that accept this truth would not perish, but have everlasting life. Before He came, no one made it into the kingdom of heaven.
