The Plaintiff said the white man has an "Asian fetish". What are the chances that SHE was in a "nine month relationship" with a white European-American man? Who has the "fetish" now.
BTW Not "all" yellow Asians are "bipolar" It seems it's the same ones that are materialistic/hedonistic or overly fanatical fundamentalistic born-again Christian . But THAT goes for blacks, whites, and reds, Also, that goes for MEN as also women.

The Defendant should have made sure that there is authorization for her to reside on the property. Nevertheless, the Plaintiff is TWICE as liable. The property owner can turn around and sue HER for these damages and breach of contract. Estimates could be made of utility use and accrued to the presence of another occupant for which the Plaintiff could end up paying as per a judgment of a court.

@adonis253 Thank you Adonis. All I had to hear was that stupid smug waste of a vagina (not to mention oxygen) open her mouth and say that dribble about the other girl being fat (which let's be honest, she is not a candidate for The Biggest Loser) and I had to resist the urge to reach through my laptop and smack some sense into her.

She says her roommate's boyfriend doesn't want to be married to someone who is "overweight", but this guy is with her for two years, so that theory goes right out the window.
The D's reply was great. The P hasn't had a boyfriend for a long time and the longest relationship she has ever had was for 9 months.
Another thing baffles me. The P's friend / witness is heavier than the D. Wondering what the friend / witness must be thinking about her calling the D overweight.

@kevindashid You have to listen to the reason, not just the outcome. The plaintiff did not have the necessary authority to rent out the place, to negotiate a lease, or to hold any potential roommate to the terms of any type of lease. It was an illegal rental on the plaintiff's part. The defendant didn't know that when she moved in but to avoid being caught up in the mess of an illegal rental is why she moved out.
plaintiff's a little high on herself, wouldn't you agree? Sick of these bozos who think they are better than anyone else - especially when she's nothing special herself . . .can understand why she doesn't have a boyfriend . . .

And while I'm at it....the plaintiff is coming across as a stuck up, selfish, conceited cunt.
