25 January 2011 Egypt Revolution
DAY 17 - Thursday afternoon, 10 February 2011
Doctors and Nurses from Cairo in peaceful demonstration down Qasr Al Ainy street to Tahrir Sq.

As I walked up the block to Qasr Al Ainy street, two elderly women were behind me saying (arabic), "No, no, I won't go out there. It's chaos. It's chaos."
Unfortunately, my Arabic is rather lousy and I couldn't ask them look for their own eyes and tell me what part of this peaceful, respectful march was chaos.? They all were on one side of the street so that traffic and pedestrians could continue to walk and make their way through the area.

** peace

  • Seriously guys? Mubarak might have been somewhat of a dictator, but at least he protected his country from Islamic extremist influence and gave israel an ally for thirty years. And he was an American sympathizer and ally. And now theyre free? What's their government gonna be now? The military is probably going to stay in power for a while.
