Ma dernière série de nakayama, planche jambes écartées, assembler à planche jambes collées. Je suis que je ne tiens pas assez longtemps la position, mais je suis épuisé, j'ai couru un marathon il y a deux jours et c'était la troisième fois de suite que je faisais la série. En plus, ça fait deux jours que j'ai de la misère à marcher, donc lever les jambes pour faire un bon nakayama, c'était pas mal plus dur que d'habitude. Mais je vous assure que les autres séries étaient bien mieux exécutées!

  • hey i see you actually respond to comments, lemme just say WTF!!! you're awesome. now that thats out of the way, it wud be equally as awesome if u found the time to make a quick tutorial on exactly what you've trained to get this strong and how long it took you to get a planche, youve seen the tutorials on youtube, something along those lines would be cool
