  • @Markjuk I agree they should bring this back, I remember watching as a kid in that late 80s early 90s i am 27 now.. they should bring it back.. better then some of the stufff they have on now

  • What was that about "this is a STANDARD London underground train"?

underground trains have never been standard, they all vary from one line to the other

mind you they are gradually getting more standard as the newer trains come in, but it was'nt like that 20 years ago.

  • i loved youbet i wish it come back on :((( the backgroud music was based theme on youbet does anyone know what its called or where i can ge tit from

  • This was great Saturday night telly, I miss programmes like these.

  • @Markjuk I agree with Matthew Kelly. If Matthew Kelly didn't want to do it they would need to find someone good to do it as the show died when Darren Day took over.

  • Why don't ITV bring back this programme? It was a staple part of saturday night entertainment during the late 80's to late 90's.

  • @deselmes They are seen in this video on the trailer!

  • @MrGriser I do remember one in United Airlines livery - all-over blue except for the red ends. That was over a decade ago now.

Don't recall the experimentally refurbished carriages though.

  • @deselmes Yes I remember going on those can you remeber one in United Airlines livery and one with 3 experimentally refurbed carriages?

  • Indeed it is - 16 March 1991 to be precise.

The Tube trains in this video were used on the Piccadilly Line - and still are today, albeit in a different livery.
