0:50 until 1:06 you were disguised as a RED pyro: its to make the enemy unaware of the spies presence so u disguise as one of your own to make the nemy think you are a different

Dead ringer and eternal reard is amazing on that map. If you get it just right you can stay around the little hut near the spawn and by the time they work out what's happening the time is up.

Nice tactics. Im gonna use it in a match. I usually go in their spawn with the cloak on and hope nobody bumps in to me -_-

You should always do that while a) being in your spawn area until you get to the battle area and b) while you're around with some of your teammates. And there's c): While waiting in front of a gate to open up so either you or the enemy can get out of the spawn.
