We all know that we need to cut those processed, white carbs out of our diets if we want to lose fat.

But one problem that many people have is that they don't know what foods to eat instead.

  • Yep, that's a GREAT choice!

    Keep in mind that it's still carbs, so you still want to restrict it to after workouts and first thing in the morning, but it's a MUCH better choice than regular carbs for sure. And tasty too!

  • What about healthy snacks for when I have cravings?

    I often get cravings when shopping and I don't know what healthy alternatives there are just for yummy snacks?

    Just know that with a little creativity you can make some delicious yet super healthy snacks - it is possible!!
